Lisa Dorval, a clinical social worker/therapist and a qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor, is an experienced facilitator in a variety of settings. In her guided sessions, you will learn the principles of mindfulness meditation—a specific type of meditation that helps people of all ages and walks of life bring more presence to their daily living. Whether you book a single session or a series, your work with Lisa will give you tools to increase your sense of well-being and reduce the negative impacts of stress.
